Order Lead Time & Small-Batch Availability

All items are made-to-order and require a minimum 48-hour lead time before your selected pickup date. This allows for proper fermentation and baking time. I bake in small batches—typically 10 to 12 items per day—so pickup availability is limited and may close early.

Pickup Policy

Pickup is by appointment only and must align with the pickup date selected during checkout. Each product is baked fresh for that specific day. Missed pickups may result in forfeiture without refund, as the items are perishable.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellations or changes can only be accepted more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After that, your order is already in process and cannot be changed or canceled.

Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of my products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me directly—I will always do my best to resolve it.

This product is made in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. All products are labeled with ingredients, production date, and required disclaimers under Arizona Cottage Food law.
